Cooking Instructions: Proofing for 2 hours until double the size. Pre-heat your oven 180c for 10 mins. Bake at 180c for 30-32 mins from frozen.
 
Storage:
This is a deep-freeze product; it is stored at -20C and shipped frozen. Once it is de-frosted, it should not be re-frozen. When defrosted it can be stored in the fridge (0C to 5C) for up to 3 days.
