BOUGATSA FETA* is a handmade phyllo pastry Greek pie with Feta and Mizithra cheeses; Bougatsa is the technique of opening the phyllo in the air and strech it on the table for creating multiple very thin phyllo layers.
Tip: sprinkle with smoked paprika....delicious!

Pre-heat your oven 180c for 10 mins
Bake at 180c for 32-35 mins from frozen, turn the upside down after 20mins for more cirspness.

This is a deep-freeze product; it is stored at -20C and shipped frozen. Once it is de-frosted, it should not be re-frozen. When defrosted it can be stored in the fridge (0C to 5C) for up to 3 days.
