This biscuit is a combination of shortbread base and praline filling, dipped in chocolate and topped with white sprinkles. It is known as petit four (French) which means 'small oven' indicating their size as it's a two bite biscuit. 
 
 
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, margarine (vegetable fats and oils partially hydrogenated in varying proportions (palm oil, palm kernel oil, cottonseed oil, sunflower oil), emulsifier (mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids), preservative (potassium sorbate), color (b-carotene)), sugar, whey powder (corn starch, whey, sodium caseinate), biscuit flavor (E1520, E1518, flavor extracts, E150d), turmeric. Filling: hazelnut praline (33%) (sugar, rapeseed oil, whey powder, corn starch, skimmed cocoa powder (4%), hazelnut paste (4%), vegetable fat (hydrogenated palm oil/rapeseed oil blend), emulsifier (soy lecithin), flavorings). Coating: IMITATION DARK CHOCOLATE (sugar, vegetable fat (fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil), skimmed cocoa powder (9.5%), emulsifier (sorbitan tristearate, soy lecithin, polyricinoleic acid polyglycerides), vanillin), IMITATION white scaglietta (15%) (sugar, corn starch, vegetable fat (fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil), whole milk powder, glucose syrup, flavorings (chocolate)).
