This biscuit is a combination of shortbread base and apricot jam filling, dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with peanuts. It is known as petit four (French) which means 'small oven' indicating their size as it's a two bite biscuit. 
 
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, margarine (vegetable fats and oils partially hydrogenated in varying proportions (palm oil, palm kernel oil, cottonseed oil, sunflower oil), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), preservative (potassium sorbate), color (beta-carotene)), sugar, whey powder (maize starch, whey milk, sodium caseinate), biscuit flavor (E1520, E1518, flavor extracts, E150d), turmeric. Filling: apricot jam (apricot fruit 45%, sugar, glucosefructose syrup, thickener (pectin), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate, sulfur dioxide), flavoring). Coating: IMITATION DARK CHOCOLATE (sugar, vegetable fat (fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil), skimmed cocoa powder (9.5%), emulsifier (sorbitan tristearate, soy lecithin, polyglycerides of polyricinoleic acid), vanillin), peanut (6.3%).
