GYROS CHICKEN 2.5kg is already marinated, stripped, pre-grilled and frozen. It is ideal to make the famous Greek souvlaki (use up to 120gr of chicken gyros per souvlaki). The only thing you need to add is pita bread, tomatoes, onions and the dip you like.

Cooking Instructions:
Bake at 200°C for 18-20 mins from frozen.
Storage:
This is a deep-freeze product; it is stored at -20°C and shipped frozen. Once it is de-frosted, it should not be re-frozen. When defrosted it can be stored in the fridge (0°C to 5°C) for up to 3 days.
