BOUGATSA SPANAKI & FETA* is a handmade phyllo pastry Greek pie with spinach, herbs and feta cheese. Bougatsa is the technique of opening the phyllo in the air and strech it on the table for creating multiple very thin phyllo layers.    

 

Recommended 3 portions per pie.

Cooking Instructions:

Pre-heat your oven 180c for 10 mins

Bake at 180c for 32-35 mins from frozen, turn the upside down after 20mins for more cirspness.

Storage:
This is a deep-freeze product; it is stored at -20C and shipped frozen. Once it is de-frosted, it should not be re-frozen. When defrosted it can be stored in the fridge (0C to 5C) for up to 3 days.
