Cooking Instructions:
Bake at 190c for 35-40 mins not from frozen but after 30 mins defrost at room temperature.
 
Storage:
This is a deep-freeze product; it is stored at -20C and shipped frozen. Once it is de-frosted, it should not be re-frozen. When defrosted it can be stored in the fridge (0C to 5C) for up to 3 days.
