Kokoretsi is made of lamb or goat intestines wrapped around seasoned offal, including sweetbreads, hearts, lungs, or kidneys.
Traditionally spit roasted over coal or even baked in the oven.
 
Storage:
This is a deep-freeze product; it is stored at -20C and shipped frozen. Once it is de-frosted, it should not be re-frozen. When defrosted it can be stored in the fridge (0C to 5C) for up to 2 days.
