Greek Mountain Tea (Sideritis, also known as ironwort) has been traditionally used to aid digestion and strengthen the immune system. Studies have shown that the Greek Mountain Tea has anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties.

To prepare it you need to place the Greek Mountain Tea raw branches in boiling water for 10mins. Remove the tea from the boiling water and you can enjoy your Greek Mountain Tea hot beverage.
