Cooking Instructions:
Prepare a pan and add a splash of oil, in medium heat, cook both sides from frozen until golden.
 
Storage:
This is a deep-freeze product; it is stored at -20C and shipped frozen. Once it is de-frosted, it should not be re-frozen. When defrosted it can be stored in the fridge (0C to 5C) for up to 3 days.
